Taskee Release Notes 1.1
We’re thrilled to introduce a new set of features designed to elevate your experience with Taskee, helping you manage tasks more effectively and keep your projects organized. This update focuses on improving task visibility, search functionality, and timely notifications, giving you even more control and flexibility in your workflow.
New Features:
1. Task Tags
Make your tasks even more organized with customizable tags. You can now assign colors to tags, making it easier to visually identify categories at a glance. Plus, multiple tags can be applied to a single task, allowing for more detailed categorization and filtering within your project boards and task lists.
2. File Attachments
Attachments are now supported in various parts of your workspace. You can attach Microsoft Office files, images, and videos directly to tasks, task comments, and even your project notes. This feature ensures that all relevant files are readily accessible and neatly organized across different project areas.
3. Enhanced Search
We've implemented a comprehensive search feature that allows you to locate tasks by project name, task title, and comments across all teams within Taskee. This functionality enables swift access to any task-related information, saving valuable time for your team.
4. Improved Notifications
Stay updated on task changes with our new pop-up notifications and sound alerts. Notifications now include modifications to titles, descriptions, comments, status, priority, deadlines, as well as changes to assignees and task owners. This ensures you’re always informed of important updates in real time, helping you stay on top of your responsibilities.
