Taskee vs Wrike: plan user ranges and real cost
Wrike prices by user range, not by seat count: Team runs 2 to 15 users, Business 5 to 200. Wrike does not publish the limits of its free plan at all — a rare gap on a page that otherwise states its numbers plainly. Taskee has no range and no tier, because it has no price.

Where Taskee is stronger
- No user range to fit into. Wrike’s Team plan stops at 15 users and Business at 200; Taskee has no ceiling because it has no plan.
- Time tracking ships free. Wrike’s plan comparison does not list it on Free or Team; the phrase appears once on the whole page, inside Pinnacle, whose price is “contact us” — see time tracking.
- The storage number is published: up to 10 GB. Wrike prints no free-plan storage figure and no free-plan user cap.
Where Wrike is stronger
- Interactive Gantt charts on Team ($10 per user per month, billed annually) — Taskee has no Gantt view at any price.
- Desktop and mobile apps for Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android are on the free plan; Taskee is mobile-browser-only.
- AI-assisted automation rule generation ships inside Team’s “AI Essentials” bundle — a configurability layer Taskee does not attempt.
- Business, from $25 per user per month annually, scales to 200 users on one plan, and Pinnacle adds resource planning, budgeting and advanced reporting above it.
Who should choose Taskee
- The team does not fit neatly into a 2–15 or 5–200 bracket and wants pricing that does not depend on headcount.
- Time tracking has to be free and native, rather than a Pinnacle-tier bullet with no published price.
- Nobody needs Gantt charts or AI-generated automation rules yet.

Who should choose Wrike
- The team sits between 2 and 15 people, or is growing toward 200, and wants a plan built for that range.
- Gantt charts and shareable dashboards matter for planning across projects.
- Desktop and native mobile apps, not just a browser tab, are part of how the team works.
What Taskee does not have yet
Taskee is a young product and the honest list of what it does not do is short but real, as of 2 September 2026:
- No standalone mobile app. The FAQ says it plainly: Taskee is adapted for the mobile browser and can be saved to the home screen, but there is no iOS or Android app.
- No native connectors. There is a documented REST API with 140 endpoints and a published OpenAPI 3.0 specification, plus CSV export, but no ready-made Slack, Google or Jira integration and no webhooks — see Taskee integrations.
- No Gantt chart or timeline view.
- No automation rules.
- Several features are marked “Soon” on the site — project budgeting, quick tasks, personal projects, custom reports and others. Roadmap is not delivery, and nothing on this page counts them as shipped.
A plan sized by range, not by seat
Most of the tools in this cluster count seats one at a time. Wrike counts them in brackets: Team holds
2 to 15 users at $10 per user per month, and Business holds 5 to 200 at $25, both billed on an annual
per-user basis as the page’s own footnote states. Step outside either bracket — a team of 16, or
of 201 — and the plan itself has to change, not just the invoice. What Wrike does not do, unusually for
a page this detailed, is publish what the free plan allows: no user cap, no storage figure, nothing beyond
“$0” and a list of four features. That is stated here as a fact rather than a guess, because
inventing a number a vendor chose not to publish is exactly the kind of made-up cell this page exists to
avoid.
Taskee has no bracket to step outside of. The free plan holds an unlimited number of users and up to 10 GB
of storage, the same for a team of 3 as for a team of 300 — a much smaller product, with none of
Wrike’s Gantt charts, dashboards or AI-assisted automation, but with a limit that never forces a plan

What “AI Essentials” actually turns on
Team’s headline addition is not a single feature but a bundle: AI content and editing, comment
summaries, board AI, mobile inbox prioritisation, and natural-language generation of automation rules. That
is a different idea of automation from a rule builder — instead of configuring “when X happens,
do Y”, the model drafts the rule. Time tracking is not part of that bundle. It appears exactly once on
Wrike’s pricing page, hyphenated, inside Pinnacle’s resource-planning bullet, and Pinnacle’s
price is not published — so a team that needs billable hours tracked natively will not find a number to
budget against on Free or on Team.
Taskee tracks time by default, with no bundle to buy into (see

team management), and it has nothing resembling Wrike’s Gantt
